Step 1

Offer Extended:

  • Recruiter extends offer and explains contingencies (pre-placement health evaluation, background checks, etc.)

Hiring Manager and Recruiter determine based on:

  • Experience, Department, Equity
  • Salary zone placement
  • Education

 

Step 2

Notifications

  • Confirm with recruiter who will notify candidates that were not selected
  • Update your team about your new hire

 

Step 3

Welcome

  • Manager makes a welcome call to new hire prior to his/her start date
  • Provide additional onboarding resources
