Getting Started
Your recruiter is responsible for screening all applications based on the qualifications listed in the job requisitions. Successful candidates will advance in the process and you will have the opportunity to view their applications, resume, and recruiter notes.
Hiring managers have access to view and manage candidate workflow status for certain stages within the hiring process following the process below.
Accessing New Candidates
- Navigate to the My Candidates section. New candidates and candidates needing action will appear in this section. Click on the appropriate category to view applications.
- In this view, candidates will be displayed with their respective job requisition. Click on the Candidate Name to view candidate details or to take action.
Accessing Existing Candidates
- Navigate to the My Jobs Listings section. Jobs that possess candidates will be indicated by a folder on left side of row, highlighted below.
Viewing Candidates
Hiring managers have access to candidate information for new and existing applicants.
Click on the name of each candidate displayed to review their information. To access details, please select from the following tabs:
- Click on the Resume tab to see their resume.
- Click on the Experience tab to see their experience.
- Click on the Screen tab (contained in the “More” tab) to see how the candidate responded to the screening questions.
Managing Candidates
Upon successful review of a candidates credentials, hiring managers can decide to Advance the candidate forward in the recruitment process or Reject the candidate.
Advancing Candidates
For candidates advancing in the recruitment process, please select from one of the statuses below.
Once a status has been selected, the candidate will move forward in the workflow and your recruiter will be notified of the change.
Rejecting Candidates
For candidates not advancing in the recruitment process, please select from one of the statuses below.
Once a status has been selected, the candidate will move forward in the workflow and your recruiter take the appropriate action with the candidate.
