Exit Interviews

Leaders should always encourage employees leaving the organization to complete the Exit Interview.

Exit Interviews provide meaningful data that can:

  • Be used to guide business decisions
  • Inform increasing employee engagement
  • Assist in decreasing turnover

Exit interviews give departing employees the opportunity to provide feedback regarding the employment experience, which can also help us in making improvements based on their feedback.

Visit Employee Transitions and Exits on the Fairview Intranet or the Departure Checklist on the HealthEast Infornet for more information.
