Insights - Open Enrollment Sessions

Please complete and submit this form to enroll a participant in an Insights Discovery or Insights Transformational Leadership session.

Insights Discovery Sessions: four weeks prior to the session enrolled participants will receive a link to complete an online evaluator. The responses to the evaluator will be used to create a profile. Two days before the session the personalized Insights Discovery profile will be sent electronically. During the Insights Discovery session, the facilitator will reference the results within the profile. **Please note that four weeks lead time is required to attend an Insights Discovery Open-Enrollment Session**

Insights Transformational Leadership Sessions: To attend a session you will need to have completed an Insights Discovery session and have a current basic profile. Please also note that two weeks lead time is required.
